If not, you may change the registration. Changing distance or transferring to others.

- Transfer of Registration to Another Participant

You may transfer your registration to another person, provided that the recipient meets all specified eligibility requirements. The original registration fee will not be refunded, and the recipient must pay a transfer fee of 500 THB.

- Change of Race Distance

• Transfer to a Shorter Race Distance: In this case, there will be no refund for the difference in the registration fee. .
• Transfer to a Longer Race Distance: The participant must pay the difference in the registration fee along with a transfer fee of 500 THB. . This can be done until October 31, 2025.

Note:

• Please decide carefully. Once confirmed, you will not be able to cancel the refund request later.

• When proceeding with a registration change, the Registration Cancellation Insurance (if purchased) will not be transferred along with the registration.

2. Go to “MY APPLIED EVENTS”

3. Click to view your registration details EVENTS HOKA Chiang Mai Thailand by UTMB® 2025

4. Click the "Cancellation / Distance Changing / Runner Transfer”

5. Select the action you would like to take

6. Follow the instructions shown in the system

7. Pay the difference and the processing fee (if any)
