Registration Changes

If your plans change, please refer to the following conditions regarding registration changes, transfer of entry, and cancellation

Transfer Registration to Another Participant Registration may be transferred to another participant until 31 October 2026, provided that the new participant meets all registration requirements and pays a transfer fee of 500 THB. • The original registration fee is non-refundable • All Race Items and selections will remain as per the original registration, including T-shirt size, finisher shirt size, and any selected race options

Change Race Distance Changes can be made until 31 October 2026, subject to availability in the requested race category. • Transfer to a shorter distance: No refund of the fee difference • Transfer to a longer distance: Requests are subject to approval and participants must pay the fee difference of the new race distance plus a 500 THB transfer fee

Cancellation & Refund • Refunds are available only for participants who purchased Registration Cancellation Insurance • Without insurance, no refund will be granted under any circumstances • Insurance fee is 10% of the race registration fee (available only at the time of registration)
