Registration is available directly on the website https://inthanon.utmb.world from now, without pre-registration and lottery.

Registration will be via secure payment by credit card.

ENTRY CONDITIONS

Sales period :

Registration will be open to the runners with a valid UTMB index only from 15 May 2023 at 10:00 (GMT +7000), until 31 May 2023 at 9:59 (GMT +7000).

At the end of this period, registrations will be open to runners with or without valid UTMB index until 31 October 2023 at 10:00 (GMT +7000) or until the races are sold out.

Minimum age :

Anyone born in 2003 or before may register to race TRANS-INT 160, ELEPHANT 100, HMONG 50 and PALACE 20.

Anyone born in 2010 or before may register to race RAJAPRUEK 10.

Experience

To register to the Doi Inthanon Thailand by UTMB®, for safety reasons, runners need to prove their experience. They will be asked to have

• 50K : valid UTMB® index in the categories 20K or 50K or 100K or 100M

• 100K: valid UTMB® index in the categories 50K or 100K or 100M

• 100M: valid UTMB® index in the categories 100K or 100M

UTMB® Index is not required for 20K and 10K races

REGISTRATION TRANSFER

a) To another runner

Registration is personal. However it is possible to transfer a registration until 31 October 2023 provided that the runner who will benefit from the registration transfer also meets the entry conditions listed above. The size of the welcome race T-shirt and the finisher T-shirt will remain unchanged. The original registration will not be refunded and a 500 baht administration fee will be charged to the new runner who will have to register on Inthanon.utmb.world.

b) To another race of the same event

It is possible to transfer a registration to a shorter distance until 31 October 2023 and in the limit of places (as well as welcome and finisher gift) available. In this case, no refund will be made.

It is also possible to ask to transfer a registration to a longer distance but the request will not be automatically accepted and will be at the discretion of the race director

CANCELLATION OF A REGISTRATION

a) Registration cancellation insurance

The purpose of this cancellation insurance is to allow the runners to be fully reimbursed of the registration fee if they wishes to cancel their registration for the reasons described below :

• Serious illness, serious injury or death of the runner or a member of their family

• Pregnancy of the registered runner

• Public transport failure/flight disruption

• Adverse weather

• Theft of travelling documents

• Armed forces & emergency services recall

• Relocated for work

• Changes to examination dates

Cancellation insurance fees: 500 baht per race (Approx. 15€)

Cancellation insurance must be taken out at the time of registration.

b) Refund without insurance

c) Exceptional conditions in case of event cancellation:

If a race is cancelled or if the event needs to be organized differently (e.g. one or more races need to be cancelled), for any reason beyond the control of Sport Authority of Thailand or UTMB® International, more than 30 days before the start, runners will be partially refunded the entry fees.

The amount of the refund will be decided as to allow the organization to deal with the irremediable expenses incurred as of the date of the cancellation. Runners will be refunded as follows:

If a race is cancelled less than 60 days before the start or if a race in progress is interrupted fees will not be refunded.
