Mandatory Gears

In order to ensure their security and the good progress of the each race, each participant must have at their disposal the all the mandatory gear on the list, detailed below.

TRANS-INT160 and ELEPHANT100

Running pack to carry mandatory gear throughout the race
Mobile phone the runner must be reachable at any time before, during and after the race:

• with international roaming that works in the countries where the event takes place.

• Each runner should save the organization's safety phone numbers, not mask/block their number and do not forget to start the race with the battery fully charged

• Keep the phone ON at all times, airplane mode is forbidden and could result in a penalty.

• An external battery is highly recommended

Personal collapsible cup 15 cl/5oz minimum (bottles or flasks with lids are not accepted)
Water Minimum1 liter
Headlamps • Two working headlamps

• Spare cells/batteries for each headlamp

• Recommendation of 200 lumens or more for the main torch light

Survival blanket 1.40m x 2m minimum
Food Recommendation of 800 kcal (ex : 2 gels + 2 power bars)
Waterproof jacket with hood with durable water-repellent protection (minimum 10,000 Schmerber)
LED, reflective vest/belt a reflective band with at least 2 inches length is accepted
First aid kits first-aid kits should include wound care like bandages and antiseptic wipes, along with pain relievers, like paracetamol (NSAIDs prhibited). For longer runs or in case of allergies, consider adding tweezers, blister pads, and antihistamines.

Reusable bowl and spoon/spork
