| Mobile phone | the runner must be reachable at any time before, during and after the race:
• with international roaming that works in the countries where the event takes place. • Each runner should save the organization's safety phone numbers, not mask/block their number and do not forget to start the race with the battery fully charged • Keep the phone ON at all times, airplane mode is forbidden and could result in a penalty. • An external battery is highly recommended |

| Waterproof jacket | with hood with durable water-repellent protection (minimum 10,000 Schmerber) |
| LED, reflective vest/belt | a reflective band with at least 2 inches length is accepted |
| First aid kits | first-aid kits should include wound care like bandages and antiseptic wipes, along with pain relievers, like paracetamol (NSAIDs prhibited). For longer runs or in case of allergies, consider adding tweezers, blister pads, and antihistamines. |
